your favorite bread
3 tablespoons butter at room temperature
3-4 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon of Creole seasoning mix or pepper.
- place butter into small bowl and let warm to room temp.
- mince garlic.
- add garlic and seasoning to warmed butter and mash together with a fork.
- spread mixture onto slices of bread and toast in toaster oven.
- serve immediately.
Note: I prepare slices ahead of time and then toast one or two
at a time so they can be eaten hot right out of the oven.
