HR2239. It was introduced on 5/22/2003 and is still languishing in the House.
It was intended that this bill pass before this November's election. Shame on
those legislators and special interests who let this bill stall.

| 110504: A comment from a friend. I've heard that this incident is starting to get mass media attention: "Hi Eva Were you listening to Ray Taliaferro [KGO radio 810 AM from 1-5 am] this morning? Wow! He had some awfully fishy cases from Ohio. He mentioned a precinct where Bush got 4258 votes and Kerry 260 votes (if I can remember correctly). The lopsided nature is suspicious in itself, but then we learn that there were only 638 voters who voted there on Tuesday!!! It looks like you were right about those voting machines. A caller called in to say he had a friend in Ohio who said that in the primary election there were 4-6 voting booths or machines, but in the election on Tuesday there were only two. Hence the long lines. At another mostly democratic precinct all of the machines were broken until 8 PM. Looks like Bush is going to get away with it again. I hope this will get lots of press. It's really making me sick. This is just the tip of the iceberg! Where were the international observers? I can't believe this is happening. R." Well, I just heard today that Diebold, the maker of
the abominable e-voting machines, is 60% owned by Saudi Arabia... Note to self:
investigate this.

| 110404: Proof CNN is tampering with the election to cover the fraud According to other posts there at the Democratic Underground, the exit polling data feed was altered for all news organizations including MSNBC-Ohio poll data. The Ultimate Felony Against Democracy "The hot story in the Blogosphere is that the 'erroneous' exit polls that showed Kerry carrying Florida and Ohio (among other states) weren't erroneous at all - it was the numbers produced by paperless voting machines that were wrong, and Kerry actually won. As more and more analysis is done of what may (or may not) be the most massive election fraud in the history of the world, however, it's critical that we keep the largest issue at the forefront at all time: Why are We The People allowing private, for- profit corporations, answerable only to their officers and boards of directors, and loyal only to agendas and politicians that will enhance their profitability, to handle our votes?"
